During our 12-weeks together, we’ll identify three high-impact areas of your business or leadership that need structure, refinement, or a reset. We’ll then create goals and structure to get from where you are to where you want to be.
The TFC Process

1- Complimentary Call
In this call, we’ll explore fit, goals, and your potential program pathway (Business, Executive or Hybrid).

2 - Orientation
You’ll complete your initial assessment and onboarding, get acclimated to your portal, and schedule your kickoff session.

3 - Kickoff Session
In this session, we’ll review your assessment, establish goals for the next 12 weeks, and discuss challenges and growth opportunities.

4 - Your First 12 Weeks
You are supported through 2 monthly coaching sessions, weekly accountability, unlimited email coaching, progress reports, and tools and resources to support your journey.
