• Participants may submit a situation or challenge in advance
• One or two participants will be selected for a live conversation
• Through thoughtful questions and discussion, we explore the situation together
• Everyone in the room listens, reflects, and often finds insight for their own business

Each session is approximately one hour and includes:

• One or two guided hot seat conversations
• Thoughtful questions and strategic reflection
• Closing insights from the room

Participation Guidelines
To keep the conversation productive and respectful:
• Remain on mute while someone else is speaking
• Cameras should be on for those participating in the conversation
• Listen actively and respectfully to others
• This space focuses on business strategy and professional development
• Personal trauma or deeply personal matters will not be addressed in this setting
