It's having greater choice about the role you play, where your attention goes, which decisions still belong to you, how leadership is shared, and what you want your relationship with the business to become. 1- Start With a Conversation
We begin with a private conversation about your business, your role, what's changing, and what you want to be different.
We'll determine whether this engagement is the right fit for where you are.

2 - Assessment & Reflection
You'll complete an initial assessment designed to help us understand your role, the business's dependence on you, leadership capacity around you, and other factors relevant to your transition.
This gives us a starting point for deeper conversation.

3 - Deep Dive + 90-Day Plan
We'll review what we've learned, explore what's beneath the surface, and identify the 3–5 priorities that will guide our work together.
Those priorities become your personalized 90-day coaching plan.

4 - Coach, Apply & Adjust
We'll meet twice each month to work through your priorities, decisions, challenges, and progress.
Between sessions, you'll apply what we're working on in the business and your leadership, with support between sessions when needed.
As circumstances change, we adjust the work with them.

TFC3 is designed for established Founders and business owners who have reached a point where their current relationship with the business no longer quite fits.

Hi, I’m Shakeena!
I work with founders who have reached a point where something about their relationship with the business needs to change.
Sometimes that means becoming a more strategic leader. Sometimes it means developing other people to lead. And sometimes it means figuring out how to step back from a business that has been a significant part of who you are.
My role isn't to hand you a predetermined roadmap. It's to help you think through what's actually happening, ask the questions that need to be asked, and make the leadership decisions that fit your business, your people, and the life you're trying to create.
My background spans entrepreneurship, leadership, higher education, and executive coaching. I bring that experience into the room—but the work starts with understanding you.
