To See Progress, Measure Your Momentum

If you're not tracking your momentum, you're likely mistaking your efforts for results.

Busy doesn't always means productive.

Working harder isn't the same as working smarter.

Momentum isn't about staying in motion, it's ensuring that the motion is intentional and aligned with your goals.

When you measure your momentum, you can figure out what's working, what's not and where to focus your energy next.

Some metrics you can measure:

Marketing:

Email campaigns: number of emails sent, open rates, click-through rates

Social media engagement: number of posts published, engagement, follower growth

Lead generation: number of new leads, appointments scheduled, appointments completed, conversion rates

Sales:

Outreach: number of outreach, touchpoints, sales pitches made

Conversion rates: percentage of leads converted to paying clients

Revenue growth: weekly or monthly revenue as compared to previous weeks or months

Client:

Retention rates: percentage of clients who continue working with you after their initial project or contract

Client feedback: number of testimonials collected, survey results,

Efficiency: time taken to complete projects

Personal Growth:

Learning: time spend on skill-building

Self-care: hours dedicated to exercise, meditation, breaks, or recharge

Mindset: number of journaling or reflection sessions completed

Start with one area.

What else would you add?
